Returns and Refunds
Defective products can be returned if there is a fault in the actual item. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused. Should there be any quality issues with your order, we will reprint to your satifaction.
As all products are personalised and artwork is approved by the client before branding, items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind.
As we cannot control how items are cared for and washed after purchase we cannot accept returns that have been damaged from laundry processes
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, if the item is defective.
Please return the product to our shop in Edgemead Shopping Centre, Edgemead, Cape Town
Our return policy is run in terms of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and we reserve the right to refund, replace or repair the item
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will then notify you on the status of your request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive a credit within 7 days or receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
